Samie is a warm and energetic coach in her mid-30s with over 8 years of experience supporting pregnant and postpartum women. She is certified in Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness, Aqua Fitness, and Women’s Health Fit ball. She creates a safe, encouraging atmosphere and makes every client feel supported and confident.
