Who it’s for: Pregnant women and new moms who want gentle strength, stability, and balance work.
What to expect: Core support exercises, pelvic stability training, light strengthening, and guided stretches using a stability ball.
What to wear: Comfortable activewear and non-slip socks or supportive shoes.
Other info: Safe for all trimesters and great for posture, back comfort, and deep core activation.

She is certified in Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness, Aqua Fitness, and Women’s Health Fitball. She creates a safe, encouraging atmosphere and makes every client feel supported and confident.
