Who it’s for: Pregnant women, postpartum moms, and anyone wanting slow, safe, controlled movement.
What to expect: Core-friendly Pilates, posture work, breath training, stability exercises, and gentle strength.
What to wear: Stretchy clothing you can move in, barefoot or grip socks.
Other info: Beginner-friendly and safe for all trimesters.

Meet Your Coach : Hasna El-Azhari

Your coach is a warm and energetic instructor in her mid-30s with over 9 years of experience supporting pregnant and postpartum women. She completed her training at Algonquin College and holds certifications in Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness, Women’s Health Pilates, and Stretching and Relaxation Coaching. She creates a safe, encouraging atmosphere in every class and makes each client feel supported, confident, and empowered.
